- Global One Headwear (G1) is a headwear manufacturing company with the head office based in Hong Kong and factory in Dongguan, China. There is 1,200 staff and 70 18-heads embroidery machines in the factory. G1 is good at manufacturing most sort of headwears especially 5/6 panel caps. We are experienced in producing sport caps, fedora, hip hop, bucket hat, Ivy caps, truckers, off-scale embroidery, etc.
